Espai Benestar, meaning "Well-being Space," is a thoughtfully designed leisure area in the heart of Sant Julià de Lòria, nestled alongside the Valira River. Inaugurated in July 2021, this space provides over 1,000 square meters for visitors to relax and connect with nature. The area features benches for seating and a safety railing to prevent access to the river, ensuring a secure environment for all.Espai Benestar is designed to offer a tranquil escape, particularly during the warmer months. Its shaded location next to the river provides a cool and refreshing atmosphere, making it an ideal spot to unwind. While offering a peaceful retreat, it also provides access to hiking trails.**Important Update:** As of October 2024, Espai Benestar is temporarily closed due to the commencement of construction works related to the Rocafort tunnel. This closure is necessary to minimize any incidents related to the movement of blocks in the canal and slope during the construction phases. The tunnel is expected to be completed in 2027 and aims to divert traffic outside the parish center.
