    From Andorra la Vella, take the CG-2 towards France. The road climbs steadily towards Port d'Envalira. The pass is well-signposted. Alternatively, the Envalira Tunnel provides a faster route, bypassing the highest sections of the pass. However, to experience the views, continue over the pass. Parking is available at the summit. Note that during winter, the pass may be closed due to snow, in which case the tunnel is sometimes free.
