Getting There

Walking
From the center of Miramar, head north on Rua de Lisboa. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Rua do Sagrado Coração de Jesus. Turn left onto Rua do Sagrado Coração de Jesus and walk for another 300 meters. You will pass the Miramar market on your right. After reaching the end of this road, turn right onto Rua do 1° de Maio. Walk along this road for approximately 600 meters, and you will see the entrance to Fortaleza de São Miguel on your left.

Public Transport (Minibus)
From any point in Miramar, locate the nearest minibus stop. Take a minibus heading towards Ingombota. The fare is approximately 50 AKZ. Inform the driver that you want to get off at 'Calçada de São Miguel.' After about 10-15 minutes, disembark at the designated stop. From there, walk about 200 meters back towards the fortress entrance, which will be on your right.
