Getting There

  • Bicycle

    From Uíge city center, head southeast on Rua da Liberdade towards Avenida da Independência. Continue straight to Avenida da Revolução and turn left. Follow the avenue for about 5 km until you reach the junction with EN100. Turn right onto EN100 and continue for about 15 km. You will see signs for Calandula Falls. Follow the signs as you approach Calandula village.

    Starting from the central market in Uíge, head south on Rua do Comércio towards Avenida da Liberdade. After about 1 km, turn right onto Avenida da Independência. Walk straight for approximately 3 km until you reach the EN100 highway. At the highway, look for a public transport stop where you can catch a bus or shared taxi heading to Calandula.
