From Luanda, take the EN100 highway south towards Belas. The Miradouro da Lua is located off the main road, approximately 40 km (25 miles) from Luanda. Look for signs, though they may be easy to miss, so GPS is recommended. The viewpoint is located right off the road. There are no tolls on this route. Parking is available near the viewpoint, but exercise caution due to erosion.
