A taxi from Blowing Point Ferry Terminal to the Anguilla Arch area will cost approximately $25-$30. Be sure to specify that you want to go to the Anguilla Arch near West End. The driver will drop you off at the nearest accessible point, from which you may need to walk the remaining distance (approximately 15 minutes).
Walking
If you are already near Long Bay Village, you can walk to Anguilla Arch. Head east along the shoreline towards the main road. As you reach the end of the beach, look for a path that leads up to the road. Turn left and walk along the road for approximately 15 minutes, looking for signs to Anguilla Arch. Turn right onto Unnamed Road and walk for another 5 minutes to reach the arch. There are no costs associated with walking.
