Additional passengers incur a charge of $5 USD each, and extra luggage (beyond two pieces) is $1 USD per piece. Note that there's a $4 USD surcharge for trips between 6 PM and midnight, and a $10 USD surcharge between midnight and 6 AM.
Rental Car
