The only way to reach Sandy Island is by boat from Sandy Ground. Head to the Sandy Ground pier, where you can find shuttle boats that operate regularly. The boat ride takes about 10-15 minutes. The round trip shuttle costs approximately $10 USD per person.

Despite being washed away by hurricanes several times, most notably in 1995 and 2017, it has been rebuilt and renewed, each time emerging even more beautiful.
