The only way to reach Sandy Island is by boat from Sandy Ground on Anguilla. Head to the Sandy Ground wharf, where you'll find the 'Happiness' shuttle service. The round-trip fare is $40 USD per person. The boat departs approximately every hour, starting at 11 am, for the 10-15 minute ride to the island. Alternatively, private boat charters are available from Anguilla or St. Martin, with prices starting around $1200.
