The primary way to reach Scilly Cay is by a short ferry ride from Island Harbour. From anywhere on Anguilla, take a taxi or rental car to Island Harbour. Once at the Island Harbour dock, you can wave to Scilly Cay, and the ferry will come to pick you up. The ferry ride is only a few minutes. The round trip ferry costs US$5, which is often included in your restaurant bill.
