Driving
From Cruz Bay, take Centerline Road (Route 10) or North Shore Road (Route 20) towards Coral Bay. At the bottom of the steep hill entering Coral Bay, turn right at the 'T' intersection. Continue for approximately 4 miles on Route 107, past Concordia. As the road turns sharply to the right, the parking area for Saltpond Bay will be on your left. From the parking lot, it's a 7-10 minute walk down a rocky trail to the beach. Parking is limited.
Public Transport
The VITRAN bus offers an inexpensive option from the Cruz Bay ferry dock along Centerline Road to Salt Pond Bay. Routes 108 and 109 service this area. The bus stop is a 7-minute walk to Salt Pond Bay. Check with the driver for the return schedule. The regular fare is $1.00.
Taxi
Taxis are readily available in Cruz Bay. A taxi from Cruz Bay to Saltpond Bay will cost approximately $23-$25. Confirm the rate with the driver before departing. Many taxis operate as multi-passenger vans.
