From Old Road, it's about a 10-minute walk to the trailhead at coordinates 25P2+GP2. Be sure to check the bus schedule for return trips.

If you are already near Old Road, walking to Cades Peak is a viable option. From Fig Tree Drive, head south towards Old Road. Continue for approximately 1.5 miles (2.5 kilometers) until you reach the coordinates 25P2+GP2. The walk should take around 30-40 minutes. Wear comfortable shoes and stay hydrated.
