Getting There

  • Taxi

    Taxis are readily available from most locations in Antigua, including St. John's and the airport. A taxi from St. John's to Sheer Rocks will cost approximately $24 USD. Confirm the fare with the driver before starting your journey. The ride takes about 30 minutes.

  • Driving

    From St. John's, head southwest on the Sir George Walter Highway. Continue for about 15 minutes until you reach the intersection for Ffryes Beach. Turn right onto Ffryes Beach Road and follow it for about 2 minutes. Sheer Rocks is located within Cocobay Resort. Parking is available near the restaurant. Note that the road leading directly to Ffryes Beach is unpaved.

  • Public Transport

    From St. John's, take a local bus towards Jolly Harbour. Buses depart from the West Bus Station on Market Street. The bus fare is around $2-3 USD. From Jolly Harbour, you can take a taxi to Sheer Rocks for approximately $10 USD , or walk for about 10-15 minutes.
