Life’s a Beach
Ffrye’s Beach is beautiful… soft sand, light waves, and the ability to walk about 20 feet into the surf and still touch bottom. This tour includes a lounge under and umbrella and a delicious lunch of chicken and rice. During our first two hours, there were only about 20 people on the entire beach. It got a bit busier toward early afternoon, but still not as crowded as such a nice beach might be.

Day at the beach
My expectations were low and I was pleasantly surprised. Highly recommended. Excellent lunch by Steve, rum punch water availability through the day. Lounge chairs and umbrellas for all.

Nicole's Table - All about Jerk
Fun and Educational!
My wife and I had a great time at Nicole’s Table. We learned new things about the island and the origins of jerk chicken. We made some perfectly spicy pineapple salsa and even had some rum punch! By the time we left we felt like family. The recipes are so great that we recreated them as soon as we got home!
