Walking
Start at the Falmouth Harbour area, where you'll find various shops and restaurants. Head southeast along the main road, which is known as 'The Dockyard Road.' This road runs parallel to the waterfront and offers beautiful views. Continue walking for about 15-20 minutes until you reach the intersection with 'Old Road.' At this point, turn left onto 'Old Road.' Keep walking for another 10-15 minutes, and you will see signs for Carlisle Bay on your right. The entrance to the resort hotel will be clearly marked.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from local shops in Falmouth. Start at Falmouth Harbour and bike southeast along 'The Dockyard Road.' Follow the same route as pedestrians, enjoying the scenery. After about 20 minutes of cycling, turn left onto 'Old Road.' Continue cycling for another 10-15 minutes, and you will see Carlisle Bay on your right. There is usually parking available for bicycles near the entrance.

From Falmouth, head to the nearest bus stop. You can ask locals for the closest one, as they are often found near the market area. Look for buses heading towards 'Jolly Harbour' or 'English Harbour.' Inform the driver that you want to get off at 'Old Road.' The bus ride will take about 10-15 minutes. Once you get off at 'Old Road,' walk a short distance, and you will see signs for Carlisle Bay. Walk towards the entrance, which is clearly marked.
