From Falmouth Harbour, head northeast along the waterfront promenade. Follow the road as it curves around the harbor until you reach the junction with Dockyard Drive. Turn left onto Dockyard Drive and continue straight for about 1 mile (1.6 km). You will pass various shops and restaurants along the way. As you approach the roundabout, take the second exit onto Fig Tree Drive. Continue on Fig Tree Drive for approximately 0.5 miles (800 meters). You will find the Antigua Vintage Tea House on your right, just past the residential area.

From the center of Falmouth, head to the nearest bus stop where you can catch a bus heading towards St. John's. Board the bus and inform the driver that you're heading to Fig Tree Drive. The bus will take you along the route, and you should keep an eye out for the stop near Fig Tree Drive. Once you get off, walk along Fig Tree Drive for about 0.5 miles (800 meters) until you see the Antigua Vintage Tea House on your right.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Falmouth. Start from Falmouth Harbour and cycle northeast along the waterfront. Follow the same route as described for walking, taking Dockyard Drive and then Fig Tree Drive. It’s approximately a 2-mile (3.2 km) ride, and the road is generally safe for cyclists. You will arrive at Antigua Vintage Tea House on your right after about 20 minutes of cycling.
