Walking
Start in the center of Liberta. Head south on the main road (the road running parallel to the coast). Continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach a junction. At the junction, turn right onto the road heading towards English Harbour. Follow this road for another 1 kilometer. Look for a sign indicating Shirley Heights Lookout on your left. Continue walking up this road, which will lead you through a residential area. The path will incline, and you will see additional signage directing you to the lookout. After about 500 meters, you will arrive at Shirley Heights Lookout. Enjoy the breathtaking views!

From Liberta, walk to the nearest bus stop along the main road. Take a bus heading towards English Harbour. Inform the driver you want to get off at Shirley Heights. The bus ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Once you get off the bus, look for directional signs towards Shirley Heights Lookout. Walk uphill for about 500 meters following the signs until you reach the lookout.
