From Shirley Heights Lookout, take the main road towards the south. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the road leading to English Harbour. Turn left onto this road. Follow the road for approximately 2 miles, then turn right onto the road that leads to Dow's Hill Interpretation Centre. The entrance will be on your left. Be aware that there may be a small parking fee, so have some cash ready.
