Walking
Starting from the center of English Harbour, head towards the Nelson's Dockyard area. Walk along Dockyard Drive, enjoying the scenic views of the marina and historic buildings. Continue until you reach the entrance to Nelson's Dockyard. From there, take a right onto the road that leads towards the fortifications. Continue past the entrance and proceed uphill on the trail marked for the Block House. Stay on this path until you reach the summit, where the Block House is located. The views from here are spectacular, and you'll find historical information about the site.

If you are near the Admiral's Inn, exit the property and turn right onto Dockyard Drive. Follow this road until you see signs for the Block House. There will be a marked path leading up the hill towards the landmark. Take your time as the ascent can be steep, but the path is well-maintained. Once you reach the top, you will find the Block House with its breathtaking views of the surrounding area.
