Walking
If you are in the Microcentro area, you can easily walk to Puerto Madero. Start at Plaza de Mayo and head southeast toward Av. de Mayo. Continue straight until you reach Av. Corrientes. Turn right and walk down Av. Corrientes until you reach the waterfront area of Puerto Madero. The walk should take around 25-30 minutes, offering a scenic view of the city.

From the city center, take Line A (light blue) from the nearest subway station such as 'Catedral' or 'Lima' towards 'San Pedrito' and get off at 'Congo' station. From there, transfer to Line B (red) at 'Catedral' station. Travel towards 'Juan Manuel de Rosas' and get off at 'Lima' station. Exit the station and head southeast towards Av. Corrientes. Continue walking until you reach Puerto Madero, which is approximately a 15-minute walk. A single fare on the subway is AR$757 if you have a registered SUBE card.
