If you're driving from Gran Chaco, start by heading southeast on Route 11 towards Resistencia. From Resistencia, take Route 16 towards Corrientes. Once in Corrientes, switch to Route 12 which will lead you towards the city of Posadas. After Posadas, continue on Route 12 until you reach the junction with Route 101 to cross into Misiones Province. Follow Route 101 to the town of Puerto Iguazú, which is the nearest town to Iguazu Falls. The entire drive is around 700 km and may take approximately 10-12 hours, depending on traffic and road conditions. Make sure to factor in fuel costs and possibly toll fees along the routes.
