Car
If you're traveling by car, first navigate to El Bolsón, Río Negro. From the center of El Bolsón, take Avenida San Martín heading east. Continue straight until you reach Subida del Bosque. Turn right onto Subida del Bosque, and follow this road for approximately 2 kilometers. You will see signage for Mirador Norte. There is parking available at the viewpoint. Note that there may be a small fee for parking, so keep some Argentine pesos handy.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take a bus from Bariloche to El Bolsón. The bus ride takes about 2 hours and costs around 500 ARS. Once you arrive in El Bolsón, head to the main bus station. From there, you can take a local taxi or rideshare service to Mirador Norte. The taxi fare will be approximately 1000 ARS and takes about 10-15 minutes to reach your destination.
Walking
If you are already in El Bolsón and prefer to walk, you can hike to Mirador Norte. Start from the town center and head towards Subida del Bosque. The hike is about 3 kilometers uphill and will take approximately 1 hour. Ensure you wear proper hiking shoes and bring water, as the trail can be steep and challenging.
