From the center of Barrio Alberdi, head north on Av. San Martín towards the intersection with Av. Pellegrini. Once you reach Av. Pellegrini, turn left and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Sta Fe Street. Turn right onto Sta Fe Street. Continue walking for about 1 km, and you will see the Monumento Histórico Nacional a la Bandera on your left at Sta Fe 581.

From your location in Barrio Alberdi, locate the nearest bus stop on Av. San Martín. Take bus number 142 or 105, heading towards the city center. Stay on the bus for approximately 15 minutes and get off at the stop at Av. Pellegrini and Sta Fe. From there, walk south on Sta Fe Street for about 5 minutes, and you will arrive at the Monumento Histórico Nacional a la Bandera at Sta Fe 581. Note that the bus fare is around 50 ARS.
