From any location in Barrio Ludueña, walk to the nearest bus stop. Look for bus lines 132 or 133, which frequently run through the area. Purchase a ticket from the bus driver or use a prepaid card, which can be bought at kiosks nearby. Take the bus towards 'Avenida Eduardo Carrasco.' After approximately 15-20 minutes, get off at the stop closest to Avenida Eduardo Carrasco. From there, walk straight down Avenida Eduardo Carrasco until you reach the Acuario del Río Paraná, which will be on your left.

Walking
If you prefer to walk, start at the main intersection in Barrio Ludueña, at Calle San Lorenzo and Calle 24 de Septiembre. Head east on Calle San Lorenzo until you reach Avenida de los Trabajadores. Turn left and continue walking north until you reach Avenida Eduardo Carrasco. Turn right onto Avenida Eduardo Carrasco, and after about 10 minutes of walking, you will find Acuario del Río Paraná on your left side.

If you're renting a bicycle, start at your accommodation in Barrio Ludueña and head towards Avenida de los Trabajadores. Once you reach Avenida de los Trabajadores, ride north until you reach Avenida Eduardo Carrasco. Turn right onto Avenida Eduardo Carrasco and continue cycling for about 10 minutes.
