Walking
If you are in downtown San Carlos de Bariloche, head towards Avenida San Martín, the main street. Walk along Avenida San Martín until you reach the intersection with Calle Mitre. Turn left onto Calle Mitre and continue straight. The Centro Cívico Bariloche will be on your right, just before you reach the waterfront of Lake Nahuel Huapi.

You can take a local bus from various points in San Carlos de Bariloche. Look for buses that have 'Centro' as one of their stops. Board the bus and ask the driver to drop you off at 'Centro Cívico'. Public transport is paid for with a SUBE card, which can be purchased at kiosks or at the SUBE office located in the Civic Center. A single bus fare costs approximately 221 ARS. From the bus stop, follow the signs to Centro Cívico, a short walk away.
