Public Transport
To reach Mirador Británico using public transportation, take a bus from Puerto Natales to Torres del Paine National Park. Bus tickets cost approximately $10,000 CLP/$10 USD one-way or $15,000 CLP/$14 USD round-trip. The bus will drop you off at the park entrance. From there, you can take a shuttle to Pudeto. From Pudeto, take the catamaran across Lago Pehoé. The catamaran costs $50 USD round trip. After crossing the lake, begin the hike to Campamento Italiano, which is the start of the trail to Mirador Británico. Park entry fee is required. For adults, a 3-day pass costs CLP $31,200, and a pass for more than 3 days costs CLP $44,500.

The hike to Mirador Británico typically begins at Campamento Italiano. From Campamento Italiano, the trail is approximately 8 miles round-trip with an elevation gain of 2,568 ft. The hike takes roughly 2 to 3 hours each way, depending on your pace. Follow the trail through Valle Francés. The trail from Italiano towards Mirador Frances closes at 3:00 PM, and you cannot continue onwards to Mirador Britanico after 1:00 PM.
