Car

If arriving by car from within Torres del Paine National Park, follow the main roads towards Lago Pehoé. Look for signs directing you to Explora Patagonia or Salto Chico Falls. The hotel is located near the waterfall. Parking is available near the hotel. Note that roads within the park are scenic but can be unpaved.
Shuttle

Explora Patagonia offers complimentary shuttle services from Punta Arenas and Puerto Natales airports. Contact the hotel in advance to arrange pick-up. Shuttles from Punta Arenas take approximately 5 hours, while those from Puerto Natales take around 2 hours. These transfers are typically included in the hotel's all-inclusive rates.
