Getting There

  • Walking

    If you're starting from the city center of Ushuaia, head south on Avenida San Martín until you reach the intersection with Avenida Maipú. Turn left onto Avenida Maipú and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Luis Pedro Fique. Turn right onto Luis Pedro Fique, and continue straight. After walking approximately 1.5 kilometers, you will see Cartel Ushuaia on your left. It’s a large sign that marks the southernmost point of the city.

  • Public Transport

    From the city center, you can take bus number 5 which travels towards the southern neighborhoods. Board the bus at the stop near the intersection of Avenida San Martín and Avenida Maipú. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes, then get off at the stop closest to Luis Pedro Fique. After getting off, walk a short distance down Luis Pedro Fique road (approximately 300 meters), and you will arrive at Cartel Ushuaia.

  • Bicycle

    If you prefer cycling, rent a bike in the city center and head south on Avenida San Martín. After about 1 kilometer, turn left onto Avenida Maipú. Continue cycling on Avenida Maipú until you reach Luis Pedro Fique. Turn right onto Luis Pedro Fique and cycle for about 1.5 kilometers. Cartel Ushuaia will be on your left side. Make sure to wear a helmet and follow local traffic rules.
