From the center of Ushuaia, head south on Avenida San Martín towards the waterfront. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida Maipú. Turn left onto Avenida Maipú and walk until you reach the bus terminal, which is located on your right. From the bus terminal, take a bus heading towards Parque Nacional Tierra del Fuego. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the national park, follow the signs for the Cerro Cinco Hermanos trailhead, which is a short walk from the bus stop.

At the Ushuaia bus terminal, look for buses that are heading to Parque Nacional Tierra del Fuego. Purchase a ticket from the ticket counter or the bus driver. Ensure to confirm with the driver that the bus stops at the Cerro Cinco Hermanos trailhead. The bus will take about 30 minutes to reach the park. Once you arrive, follow the marked trailhead signs to begin your hike towards Cerro Cinco Hermanos.
