From Ushuaia, take Route 3 heading west towards the National Route 3 (Ruta Nacional 3). After about 30 km, you will reach the junction to Route J (Ruta J) towards Lago Escondido. Continue on Route J for about 20 km until you reach the parking area near the trailhead for Laguna Turquesa. The coordinates for the parking area are approximately -54.733933, -68.1438539. From there, follow the marked trail for approximately 1.5 km to reach Laguna Turquesa, which should take around 30-40 minutes of walking.

Take a bus from Ushuaia to Lago Escondido. Buses typically leave from the main bus terminal and the journey takes about 1 hour. Confirm with the bus company for the latest schedule. Once you arrive at Lago Escondido, you will need to either hike to the Laguna Turquesa or arrange for local transport if available. The hike from the bus drop-off point to Laguna Turquesa is about 1.5 km (approximately 30-40 minutes).
