From the center of Villa La Angostura, head east on Avenida Siete Lagos towards Ruta Nacional 40. Continue for about 10 kilometers until you reach the junction with Ruta Provincial 63. Turn left onto Ruta Provincial 63. After approximately 6 kilometers, you will see signs for Lago Espejo. Follow the road signs, which will lead you directly to Lago Espejo. Parking is available near the lake.
