Public Bus
From the center of Chandler, head to the nearest bus stop on Arizona Avenue and take the Valley Metro Bus Route 156 towards the direction of Gilbert. Ride for approximately 25 minutes until you reach the intersection of Gilbert Road and Shea Boulevard. Transfer to Bus Route 81 heading towards Scottsdale. After about 30 minutes, get off at the stop near the intersection of Thompson Peak Parkway and Ranch Gate Road. From there, it's a short 15-minute walk to Marcus Landslide Trail.
Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from a local rental shop in Chandler. Head north on Arizona Avenue and turn left onto the Arizona Canal Trail. Follow the canal trail west until you reach the intersection with Shea Boulevard. Turn left onto Shea Boulevard and follow it until you reach North Scottsdale Road. Continue north on North Scottsdale Road and turn right onto Thompson Peak Parkway. The entrance to Marcus Landslide Trail will be on your left. The total biking distance is approximately 10 miles and should take around 1 hour.
Walking
If you're up for a long walk, start at the Chandler City Center and head north on Arizona Avenue. Continue walking until you reach the intersection of Arizona Avenue and Shea Boulevard. From there, head west on Shea Boulevard for about 4 miles until you reach North Scottsdale Road. Turn right onto North Scottsdale Road and walk north for about 1 mile. Finally, turn left onto Thompson Peak Parkway, and the entrance to Marcus Landslide Trail will be on your left. The total walking distance is approximately 6 miles and will take around 2 hours.
