Public Bus
To reach McDowell Mountain Regional Park from downtown Chandler, take Bus Route 156 from the Chandler Boulevard & Arizona Avenue bus stop. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the Mesa Dr & McDowell Rd stop. From there, transfer to Bus Route 184 and stay on it for about 25 minutes until you reach the McDowell Mountain Park stop. The park entrance is a short walk from the bus stop.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the local shops in Chandler. Start at the Chandler Downtown area and head north on Arizona Ave. Continue until you reach E Germann Rd, then turn east. Follow E Germann Rd until you reach N Recker Rd, then head north. After a few miles, you'll arrive at the entrance of McDowell Mountain Regional Park. The ride is approximately 10 miles, so ensure you are prepared for a moderate trek.
Rideshare
You can use rideshare services like Uber or Lyft. Simply request a ride from your current location in Chandler and enter 'McDowell Mountain Regional Park' as your destination. The drivers are familiar with the area and can take you directly to the park entrance. It's about a 20 to 30-minute ride depending on traffic.
