Public Bus
To reach Saguaro Lake using public transportation, start by locating the nearest Valley Metro bus stop in Chandler. Board the Route 156 bus heading towards the Mesa area. Stay on the bus for about 35 minutes until you reach the 'Hunt Highway & Power Rd' stop. From there, transfer to the Route 684 bus. This bus will take you closer to the Saguaro Lake area. After approximately 20 minutes, get off at the 'Saguaro Lake Recreation Area' stop. Follow the signs to the lake, which is just a short walk from the bus stop.

Bicycle Rental
If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the bike rental shops in Chandler. Start your journey from the Downtown Chandler area and head north towards the Arizona Canal Trail. Follow the trail east for about 5 miles until you reach Power Road. Turn right on Power Road and continue until you reach the intersection with AZ-87. Take the bike path leading to Saguaro Lake, which is approximately 10 miles from the intersection. The lake will be clearly marked, and you can enjoy a scenic ride along the way.

Walking
If you are feeling adventurous and are up for a long walk, start in the heart of Chandler and head east on Chandler Blvd. Continue walking straight for about 4 miles until you reach Power Rd. Turn left on Power Rd and walk north for roughly 6 miles. This route will take you through some beautiful desert scenery. Once you reach the intersection with AZ-87, you will find signs directing you to Saguaro Lake, which is about a mile down the road. Please ensure to carry water and wear comfortable shoes.
