If you are driving from Flagstaff, take I-17 South towards Phoenix. After approximately 30 miles, take exit 293 toward Rimrock. Follow AZ-260 W for about 5 miles, then turn left onto Forest Service Rd 618. Continue on this road for about 1 mile until you reach the Crane Petroglyph Heritage Site at 6750 Forest Service Rd 618, Rimrock, AZ 86335.

From Sedona, head east on AZ-89A until it intersects with AZ-260. Turn left onto AZ-260 E and continue for about 12 miles. Then turn right onto Forest Service Rd 618 and drive for about 1 mile to reach the Crane Petroglyph Heritage Site.
