To get to Bear Mountain Trailhead from downtown Flagstaff, start by walking to the nearest bus stop for the Mountain Line (Route 10). Take the bus towards the 'Sedona' route. The ride will take approximately 45 minutes. Once you reach the Sedona stop, disembark at the 'Sedona Visitor Center' stop. From there, head east on State Route 89A for about 0.5 miles until you reach the Bear Mountain Trailhead entrance on your left. Look for signs directing you to the trailhead.
