From the Gilbert Town Square, take the Valley Metro bus route 120 heading towards the Gilbert & Main St stop. After about 10 minutes, get off at the Gilbert Rd & Elliot Rd stop. From there, walk north on Gilbert Road for about 0.3 miles, and O.H.S.O. Brewery will be on your right at 335 N Gilbert Rd #102. A single ride on Valley Metro costs $2.
