Getting There

Public Transport
From March 1st to November 30th, access to Pima Point is primarily via the free Hermit Road (Red Route) shuttle. This shuttle departs from the Village Route Transfer Station in Grand Canyon Village. The Red Route makes multiple stops along Hermit Road, including Pima Point. The round trip without stops takes approximately 80 minutes. Shuttles run frequently, with increased frequency during peak hours. Check the NPS website for the most up-to-date schedule. There is no cost to ride the shuttle.

Walking
Pima Point is accessible via the Rim Trail and Greenway Trail. From Hermits Rest, it's a 1.5-mile walk along a paved section of the Rim Trail. From Monument Creek Vista to the east, it's a 1.7-mile walk. The Rim Trail offers stunning views, but be aware that some sections may be steep. The Greenway Trail provides an accessible option for wheelchairs and cyclists.
