From Mesa, head to the nearest Valley Metro bus stop. You can catch Route 30, which travels towards Phoenix. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the stop at 19th Ave & Washington St. From there, walk west along Washington St for about 5 minutes until you reach the Arizona Capitol Museum at 1700 W Washington St.

Light Rail
Make your way to the Mesa Light Rail station. Take the light rail heading towards the Sycamore/Main St station. Transfer at the 19th Ave/Montebello station to the light rail heading towards the Central Ave/Camelback station. Get off at the Washington/Central station. From there, walk west along Washington St for about 10 minutes to reach the Arizona Capitol Museum located at 1700 W Washington St.

Bicycle
If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike in Mesa. Head west on Main St towards Phoenix. Follow Main St until you reach 19th Ave, then turn right. Continue north on 19th Ave until you reach Washington St. Turn left on Washington St and bike west for about 5 minutes until you arrive at the Arizona Capitol Museum at 1700 W Washington St.

If you are up for a walk, start from downtown Mesa and head west towards 1st Ave. Continue walking straight, which turns into 8th Ave, and then into 16th Ave as you approach Phoenix. Once you reach Washington St, turn left and walk for about 15-20 minutes to arrive at the Arizona Capitol Museum located at 1700 W Washington St.
