If you're in Mesa, head to the nearest Valley Metro bus stop. You can take the Route 120 bus towards 'Phoenix'. Ride the bus until you reach the '3rd St & Washington' stop. From there, walk north on 3rd St for about 0.3 miles, and you will see St. Mary's Roman Catholic Basilica on your left at 231 N 3rd St.

Locate the nearest Valley Metro Light Rail station in Mesa, such as the 'Mesa Arts Center'. Board the light rail heading towards 'Phoenix'. Stay on the train until you reach the 'Roosevelt/Central Ave' station. From this station, walk east along Roosevelt St for 0.2 miles, then turn south on 3rd St. Continue walking for a couple of blocks, and you will find the St. Mary's Roman Catholic Basilica at 231 N 3rd St on your right.
