Simply head north on Macdonald St for two blocks, and the Arizona Museum of Natural History will be on your right.

Continue to ride until you reach Main St, then take a right and head west. When you reach Macdonald St, turn left and the museum will be on your left. Walking
If you feel adventurous and are up for a longer walk, you can trek from Las Sendas to the museum. Start by walking west on McKellips Rd towards Power Rd. Continue to Main St and head south. Once you reach Main St, turn left and walk east until you reach Macdonald St. Turn left on Macdonald and continue until you reach the museum. This route is approximately 4 miles and will take around 1.5 hours on foot.
