From the Monument Valley Visitor Center, head southwest on US-163 S for approximately 5 miles. Turn left onto Indian Route 42 and drive for about 1 mile. The Cube will be on your right. Parking is available near the site, free of charge. Be aware that the 17-mile loop road to access the site is unpaved and can be rough; a high-clearance vehicle is recommended.
