Walking
Start from the center of Page, Arizona, at the intersection of Lake Powell Blvd and Coppermine Rd. Head north on Lake Powell Blvd for approximately 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Vista Ave. Continue walking straight until you reach the entrance of the Glen Canyon National Recreation Area Visitor Center on your left. This will be your first major landmark. From the Visitor Center, you will need to head towards the main entrance of the park. The Visitor Center is a good spot to ask for additional directions if needed.
Walking
From the Visitor Center, exit and turn left onto the main road leading into the Glen Canyon National Recreation Area. Follow the road as it curves and continues for about 1.5 miles. You will pass various scenic viewpoints and signs directing you toward various trailheads. Keep an eye out for the Hanging Garden Trailhead signs. The trailhead is located near the parking area that is available for visitors.
Hiking
Once you reach the Hanging Garden Trailhead, you will see a marked trail that leads into the beautiful landscape. The trail is well-maintained, but be sure to bring plenty of water and wear appropriate hiking shoes. The hike will take you through stunning vistas and unique flora, making it a memorable experience.
