For example, if you're near the Phoenix Convention Center, you can catch bus route 1 or 7. Ride the bus northbound until you reach the stop at Central Avenue and McDowell Road. From there, walk north on Central Avenue for about 0.5 miles, and you will find the museum on your left at 2301 N Central Ave.

If you're in Downtown Phoenix, head north on 1st Avenue until you reach McDowell Road, then turn left. Walk about 0.5 miles to Central Avenue and the Heard Museum will be ahead on your left.
