Getting There

Car
If you are driving, head south on AZ-89A from the San Francisco Peaks area. Continue for about 10 miles until you reach the intersection with US-180. Turn right onto US-180 and follow it until you reach the city of Flagstaff. As you enter Flagstaff, keep an eye out for E Route 66. Turn left onto E Route 66, and the Flagstaff Visitor Center will be on your right at 1 E Rte 66. Look for the large sign that says 'Visitor Center'. There is parking available nearby.

Public Transportation
To reach the Flagstaff Visitor Center using public transportation, take the Mountain Line Bus Route 10 from the San Francisco Peaks area. This route will take you into Flagstaff. You will want to get off at the stop closest to E Route 66, which is the 'Route 66 & San Francisco Ave' stop. From there, it's a short walk east along Route 66. Head towards 1 E Rte 66, and you will see the Flagstaff Visitor Center on your right. The total travel time may vary, so please check the Mountain Line schedule for accurate timing.
