If you are starting from the Sedona Main Street area, head south on Main Street towards the intersection with 89A. Turn right onto 89A and continue walking for about 0.5 miles until you reach the traffic circle. Take the first exit onto State Route 179 and walk for about 1 mile. Look for the sign for Schnebly Hill Road on your left. Turn onto Schnebly Hill Road and walk for another 0.8 miles. Munds Wagon Trail will be on your right, and you will see a small parking area where you can access the trail.

If you have a bike, you can start at the Sedona Bike and Bean located on 89A. Head south on 89A for about 0.5 miles. At the traffic circle, take the first exit onto State Route 179. Continue on this road for about 1 mile until you see Schnebly Hill Road on your left. Turn onto Schnebly Hill Road and bike for approximately 0.8 miles. The Munds Wagon Trail will be on your right, where you can park your bike and start your hike.

You can take the Verde Lynx bus service from the Sedona area. Board the bus at the nearest stop on 89A. Make sure to check the bus schedule for the latest timings. You will want to get off at the stop closest to the intersection with State Route 179. Once you disembark, walk south on State Route 179 for about 1 mile until you reach Schnebly Hill Road. Turn left onto Schnebly Hill Road and walk for 0.8 miles. Munds Wagon Trail will be on your right.
