    Walking

    Start at the Sedona Main Street area. From there, head south on AZ-89A towards the intersection with Jordan Road. After about 0.3 miles, turn left onto Jordan Road. Continue on Jordan Road for about 0.5 miles until you reach the trailhead for the Cathedral Rock Trail. Park your bike or find a safe place to lock it up. Follow the Cathedral Rock Trail signs, which will lead you towards Submarine Rock. The trail is well-marked and offers stunning views. After about 1 mile of hiking, you will see the distinctive shape of Submarine Rock ahead. The trail is moderately challenging, so be prepared for some elevation gain.

    Biking

    Begin your journey from the Sedona Community Center. Head southwest on Park Ridge Drive. After 0.5 miles, turn left onto AZ-89A and ride towards the Tlaquepaque Arts & Crafts Village. Continue for about 1 mile, then turn right onto Cathedral Rock Trailhead Road. Park your bike at the trailhead. From there, take the Cathedral Rock Trail. The hike to Submarine Rock is approximately 1 mile, and the trail is well-marked. Enjoy the scenic views along the way!

    Public Transport

    Take the Verde Lynx bus from the Sedona Transit Center. Board the bus heading towards Cottonwood and get off at the Tlaquepaque stop. From Tlaquepaque, walk approximately 0.5 miles southeast along AZ-89A until you reach the Cathedral Rock Trailhead. You will find signs for the Cathedral Rock Trail. The hike to Submarine Rock is about 1 mile. Follow the trail signs to reach your destination, and be ready for beautiful views along the way.
