To get to Dreamy Draw Recreation Area from downtown Tempe, start by walking to the nearest bus stop on Mill Ave. Catch the Valley Metro bus route 62 heading towards the North. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the 'Northern Ave & 24th St' stop. From there, walk east on Northern Ave for about 0.3 miles until you reach 2421 E Northern Ave. The recreation area will be on your left.

Bicycle
If you enjoy biking, rent a bike from one of the bike-share stations in Tempe. Start your journey from Tempe Town Lake and head north on the bike path towards the Tempe Marketplace. Continue on the bike lanes along the roads, following the signage towards Phoenix. Once you reach the intersection of Northern Ave and 24th St, turn left and continue west for about 0.2 miles until you arrive at Dreamy Draw Recreation Area on your right.

If you're near the Arizona State University campus, you can walk to Dreamy Draw Recreation Area. Head north on Mill Ave until you reach the intersection with Curry Rd. Turn right onto Curry Rd and continue until it becomes 24th St. Follow 24th St north until you reach Northern Ave. At Northern Ave, turn left and walk about 0.2 miles to find Dreamy Draw Recreation Area at 2421 E Northern Ave, on your left.
