From downtown Tucson, you can take the Sun Tran bus route #4 or #6. Board the bus at the nearest stop to your location. After approximately 20-30 minutes, get off at the 'Reid Park' stop. From there, walk east along E 22nd St until you reach S Country Club Rd. Turn left (north) and continue walking until you reach the entrance of Reid Park Zoo at 3400 E Zoo Ct.
