Getting There

Public Bus
To reach Signal Hill Trail, start at the Tucson Downtown area. Head to the nearest bus stop and catch the Sun Tran bus route #18 towards 'Tucson Mall'. Ride the bus for about 30 minutes until you reach the 'W. Valencia Rd./S. Mission Rd.' stop. From there, transfer to bus route #29 towards 'Valencia/Santa Cruz'. Ride for another 15 minutes until you arrive at 'W. Ajo Way/S. 12th Ave.' From this stop, Signal Hill Trail is about a 15-minute walk. Head west on W. Ajo Way, then turn right onto S. Mission Rd. Continue north until you reach the entrance of the trailhead.

If you're feeling adventurous, rent a bicycle from a local shop in downtown Tucson. Start by heading southwest on W. Congress St. towards S. 6th Ave. Continue on S. 6th Ave. until you reach W.
